All people working with children must be assessed to ensure they are considered to be a safe and trustworthy adult.
All staff and volunteers are vetted through the recruitment procedure, have the appropriate DBS disclosure record and at least two suitable, reliable references.
These procedures show our robust efforts to ensure the priority safeguarding has at school, ensuring only suitable adults are working with our children.
